Privacy & legal notice

Clear boundaries matter.

How this site handles intake information—and what contacting the firm does and does not mean.

Contact and intake information

Information submitted through the intake form is used to review and respond to your request. It may include your contact details, the general type of matter, court or location information, and the description you choose to provide.

Intake requests are stored in the site’s private hosting database. A copy is sent to the firm through its transactional email provider so the request can be reviewed and answered. The information is intended for access by Joe Rez Law and service providers that operate the site and its email delivery. The firm does not sell intake information. Records may be retained as reasonably necessary for conflicts review, response, legal obligations, and system security.

Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, immigration identifiers, or other highly sensitive information through the form.

To ask about access, correction, or deletion of an intake request, email joeresnek@gmail.com. Legal or professional obligations may limit what can be deleted.

No attorney-client relationship

Viewing this site, calling, emailing, or submitting an intake request does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after conflicts and availability are reviewed and both the client and attorney enter an agreement.

Attorney advertising and results

This website may be considered attorney advertising. The information here is general and is not legal advice. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome because every matter depends on its own facts and law.

Deadlines and emergencies

Do not rely on this website or the intake form to protect a deadline. If you face an emergency, contact emergency services or the appropriate court. If your legal matter is urgent, call 617.461.3462.
