Boston, MA - Harvard graduate attorney and former speechwriter for President Obama, Joe Rez, has already made waves in the music industry with his unique sound and impactful message. After practicing law, Joe decided to pursue his passion for music and has never looked back. Teaming up with David Renna from Rennavation Studios, Joe has already seen great success on Spotify and Apple Music, with six music videos directed by David already released to critical acclaim.
Building on this success, Joe has launched a fundraiser to support the homeless community in Boston and students of Chelsea High School. The fundraiser, which has already generated over $26,000, will be used to purchase clothes, hygiene kits, and food for the homeless. It will also provide a scholarship for Chelsea High School students.
The money will also be used for the production of Joe's upcoming music video for his hit song "Authentic". The video will feature Joe visiting Chelsea High School to talk to students about "success after high school" along with a panel of successful community members who also attended the high school. The video will culminate with a performance of "Authentic" and the presentation of the scholarship check. This event is set to take place on February 28, 2023.
David Renna and Joe Rez have three upcoming music videos and songs set to be released, including "Authentic". The song, which is about being true to oneself and pursuing one's dreams, is a testament to the impact that music can have on the world.
"I wanted my music to not just sound good, but to do good for people," says Joe Rez. "Working with David and the support of the community, we are making this mission a reality."
